Meet Sadie! She is a 7 year old Great Dane in the Firmenich household. Sadie’s name comes from a theme that started with Stella’s Old English Sheepdog, Martha. Sadie is named from The Beatles song “Sexy Sadie” on the White Album.
While she gets her bursts of energy, she is known for her long hours spent sleeping in the sun–a common Great Dane trait. She magnanimously puts up with the younger puppies persistent, attention-seeking behavior with the air of an old and regal queen.
